About the program Cashbook is designed to make the task of doing the books quick and easy. It is ideal for the individual, professional or small business. It can handle any number of dissection categories (the headings in your manual cashbook).

Cashbook keeps track of your unpaid bills and expected income so you can project your "real" cash position. It has bank reconciliation built right in. You just mark off the presented cheques & deposits, and it does the rest.

Taxable income can easily be separated from total income. Cashbook gives you the ability to mark some categories as relevant to tax and some as not. For example your business office rental is a tax deduction, while your house rental is not.

Unlike other Cashbook software, this one is easy to set up. You could be up and running after entering just your chosen category headings. Absolutely NO debits and credits! Fix or change any entry at any time, no monthly close off.
